Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Katie moved to Spokane in 2019 with her husband. Katie has been in the veterinary field for about 8 years now. She attended the University of Nebraska - Lincoln where she majored in Animal Health Science and is now studying Veterinary Technology through Penn Foster with hopes of becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician. 

In her free time, Katie enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, backpacking, and anything else outdoors. Katie lives with her German Shepherd: Roxy, Siberian Husky: Aspen, and two cats: Lola and Khloe and is also a die hard Cornhusker fan: GO BIG RED!
