Carla

Carla joined the Garland team after moving from California to Spokane in 2025 to start a new adventure with her fiancé, 3 dogs Luka, Juni and Whiskey and her very spoiled cat Patrick. She earned her degree in Veterinary Technology and has always had a love for animals. From growing up surrounded by pets to starting her first job at a pet shop at 17, Carla knew she wanted a career where she could work with and advocate for animals. She has a special love for exotic reptiles and enjoys caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. When she’s not at work, Carla enjoys fishing, kayaking, and spending time outdoors —especially anywhere near the ocean!
