Kayla Alford was born and raised in Spokane. She graduated from Animal Behavior College in 2012 as a certified veterinary assistant. She has furthered her career in veterinary medicine by becoming fear free certified and is completing her degree in Veterinary Technology at Penn Foster. Her goal is to be a licensed veterinary technician by 2020.

In her time off, Kayla enjoys paddle boarding and camping with her husband and kids. She has a pug, dachshund, and a pit bull that keep her busy when at home.
